    Very warm gloves!

I love the gloves. They keep my hands very warm. My only negative is that they pill very quickly.

Thanks for your positive review! We just wanted to add that extra fine merino does tend to pill, the characteristics that produce the luxurious hand feel also allows for pilling. Feedback from other customers is that a pill shaver returns the gloves to their original appearance.

Gloves are warm if your hands are warm, but

OK - they are nice thick warm gloves, but if you have Raynaud's syndrome and your fingers are cold they don't do any good.

Thanks for your feedback. The information in our guidelines card included in all shipments describes how to get the most out of our products. Our products work best if they are put on while the hands or feet are warm, before entering a cold environment. Our products then are better able to interact with your skin, using your naturally-occurring body moisture to generate heat. Our fabrics are equipped with wicking properties, ensuring any moisture produced wicks away to keep you both warm and dry. The heat produced is then stored in microscopic heat packs before it is converted into far infrared rays, which are waves of energy that gently elevate the body’s surface temperature and promote body functions like circulation. The infrared waves penetrate the surface of the skin gently to excite water molecules in the body, producing actual warmth. We hope you can use this info to get the most out of the gloves you received.

Good service, helpful problem solving. Too early to know if they are what he needs. Check back next winter.
