Excluding face masks and final sale items, products must be returned within 30 days after delivery, in original condition with tags attached. All returns must be in original packaging, with original documentation included. Return labels are included but not prepaid, customer is responsible for return shipping fees. There are no refunds on sale items, in addition to face masks as they are considered Personal Protection Equipment. However, we offer free size exchange with return postage paid by the customer (pending availability & excluding face masks). For more information, see our refund policy.
