Final Sales

Please note there are no refunds with final sales, and final sales cannot be combined with other offers. However, we offer a free size exchange with return postage paid by our customers if the required size is still available.

Size and Fit
Our gloves require a snug fit for best performance. Slide the glove on to the hand, working down each finger until the glove is perfectly seated.

Our Face Masks come in 4 different sizes for improved fit and better protection.

Our Socks come in 3 sizes please see size chart here to find the fit right for you

Care Instructions
Liners: Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove while damp, lay flat to dry.

Merino & Cashmere Gloves: DRY CLEAN ONLY

Leather Gloves: DRY CLEAN ONLY

Flip Top Mittens: DRY CLEAN ONLY

Socks: Machine Wash Cold, Delicate Cycle. Do Not Bleach. Tumble Dry Low, Remove While Damp. Lay Flat to Dry.

Processing Orders
In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address and shipping method. We are diligently working on improving our systems and make it more flexible.

U.S. Shipments
Our standard shipment method is USPS First Class package with tracking. Expedited shipping options are available.

Shipments to Canada
We also ship to Canada by USPS and Canada Post.  Any duty or custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested upon delivery.

Face Masks

Face masks are considered Personal Protection Equipment and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gloves,Hats, and Socks

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by fibreheat.com and shipped to a US address within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  1. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  3. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or tags removed.
  4. Items marked as "Final Sale" before check-out

All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns label included in the package. This returns label is not prepaid. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. fibreheat.com does not refund shipping charges.
