Orders placed between Nov 1 - Dec 31 may be returned until January 31, 2026.

Please note there are no refunds with final sales. All sale items are considered final sale, in addition to face masks as they are considered Personal Protection Equipment. Final sales cannot be combined with other offers. Free size exchange is available if the required size is in stock, with return postage paid by the customer.
We accept all major credit cards, FIBREHEAT® Gift Cards, and Store Credits. See our other payment options at express checkout including ShopPay, Paypal, GPay, MetaPay, and Venmo.
In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address and shipping method. We are diligently working on improving our systems to allow more flexibility and appreciate your understanding.
Our standard shipment method is USPS First Class package with tracking. Expedited shipping options are available.
We ship to Canada by USPS and Canada Post. Any duty or custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested upon delivery. Note, due to logistical reasons Canadian orders are currently not eligible for return
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by FibreHeat® and shipped to a US address within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation, and use the special return label included in the package. This return label is not prepaid, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. FibreHeat® does not refund shipping charges. If a product is damaged in shipment, please email us at cs@fibreheat.com for replacement instructions.
