Shipping policy

Processing orders

Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day. To get shipments out as quickly as possible, we can't modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address and shipping method.

US shipments

• Standard (USPS First Class Package, with tracking): $4.00, free on orders over $99
• USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 day delivery): $35.00
• Next Day Air: $45.00

Shipments to Canada

We ship to Canada by USPS and Canada Post for a flat $18.00 on every order. Any duty or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested on delivery. For logistical reasons, Canadian orders are currently not eligible for return.

Outside the US and Canada

Customers in Europe can shop at europe.fibreheat.com.

Damaged in transit

If a product arrives damaged, email cs@fibreheat.com for replacement instructions.
