How FibreHeat works
The heat is in the fabric. Not in a battery.
No wires, no charging, no power pack. FibreHeat works with the warmth you already make, so it's there whenever you pull your liners on.
You move. Your body makes heat.
Every step, grip and gesture generates warmth. Most of it escapes through ordinary fabric.
The fibres capture it.
FibreHeat fibres are woven right into the knit, holding onto the heat your body gives off.
The fabric gives it back.
That warmth is returned to your skin, evenly and continuously, for as long as you're wearing them.
The simple comparison
FibreHeat vs. battery‑heated gloves.
Both keep your hands warm. One asks a lot less of you.
A general comparison with typical battery-heated gloves. Individual products vary.
| FibreHeat | Battery-heated | |
|---|---|---|
| Weight | Feels like an everyday knit glove | Extra weight from packs and wiring |
| Charging | Never. There's nothing to plug in | Needs charging before you head out |
| Bulk | Slim enough to layer or wear alone | Bulkier cuffs to house the battery |
| Washing | Cared for like your other knitwear | Battery out first, often hand-wash only |
| Wear time | Warm for as long as you wear them | Warmth ends when the battery runs down |

Reviews from verified FibreHeat buyers, collected and shown by Stamped.
No reviews yet. Be the first to tell us how they keep you warm.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. There are no batteries, wires or chargers in any FibreHeat® product. The warmth comes from FIBREHEAT® fibres knitted into the fabric, which hand your own body heat back to you.
How warm will it feel?
A gentle warmth that builds soon after you put it on. It isn't the hot-plate feel of a battery-heated product. It's steadier and quieter, and it lasts as long as you're wearing it.
Can I use my phone while wearing them?
Yes. The fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, so you can use your phone without taking your gloves off.
Can I wear the liners under my own gloves?
Yes, that's what they're made for. They're thin enough to slip under ski gloves, work gloves or a favourite leather pair, and warm enough to wear on their own indoors or in cool weather.
Are the liners wool-free?
Yes. The liners are a non-wool knit, a good choice if wool irritates your skin or you can’t wear wool gloves.
How do I find my glove size?
Measure around your palm just below the knuckles, not including your thumb, and match it to the Size guide next to the sizes above. Knit gloves should feel snug, not tight. If you're between sizes, or plan to wear liners underneath, size up.
Can I machine wash them?
Yes. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle and don't bleach. Tumble dry low, take them out while still damp and lay flat to finish drying.
Will it help with Raynaud's?
FibreHeat® isn't a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. What it offers is gentle, steady warmth you can wear all day, which is what many people with Raynaud's and cold hands and feet look for. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms.
Can I return or exchange it?
We offer free size exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability; you cover the return postage. Unworn items from US orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
